Whoops sorry .. dogs are fine it is their brain dead ZOMBIE owner that is horrible. It never occurs to "those people", the SELFISH SHALLOW among us that THEIR dog does damage. The dog should be on a farm enjoying himself. But if you insist on caging him do you have to be so irresponsible. As Dictator (BAD Teacher) dogs will not be allowed without a license ..a QR or barcode TATTOO so I can record in your ledger your irresponsible behaviour. Tp get the license you need not just money TIME to learn to be a responsible human. No I don't need a sign please keep out of the flower bed .. that USED TO BE just civilized behaviour.
